DMarket is the closest thing to a one-stop shop: CS2, Dota 2, Rust and TF2 in one inventory, with PayPal, crypto and credit card cashouts. The 5% seller fee is mid-pack and verification kicks in earlier than I'd like for large payouts, but I've never had a withdrawal stuck. The constant promo banners do get tiring.
